VARSITY
The STL "TKO"

Read this story from the Post Dispatch. This poor guy, just a dishwasher at a restaurant, was in the wrong place at the wrong time. Attacked by 5 middle school boys, beaten to shit, and the KIDS GOT AWAY WITH IT SCOTT FREE.

If this guy was a conceal and carry dude, there'd be five dead teenagers on the sidewalk, that's for sure.

Story is here:

This is why I almost always keep some sort of pocket knife on me and now that I am old enough will be getting my conceal and carry soon. Not sure what inflates kids egos to the size of Tim Duncan when they reach this age but when they see their little friends brains splattered on the sidewalk from when they do attack someone who is prepared they might think twice.

Based on his previous statements, the Defendant, Mr. JD, had long been planning to stab and shoot youngsters like the Plaintiff. /kid's lawyer

I assume every group of kids approaching me is planning an attack. That's why I'm still alive.

If a group of kids did come up and attack someone who was carrying a gun, could you get in trouble for killing them all? Do they have to be trying to kill you or just harm you?

I was just thinking about that widow/mother who called 911 and asked if she could shoot someone breaking into her house and I believe they said to wait untill they actually came inside the house. I didn't understand why she couldn't shoot them while they where outside trying to get in. Would she have gotten in trouble/charged?
