Mine, which I just came up with today, is to eat out less and cook at home more. I'm a pretty decent cook, and I can prepare many meals as well or better than the restaurants available to me. Add to that it's cheaper and I can generally make it healthier, it's a win-win.

my wife and I aren't eating fast food (with the exception of Chipotle...because well, screw that) for a year
we did it once before back in 2006. the year to the day, we ate Wendy's and thought we were gonig to die.
