Just like '85. Down 3-2 coming back to KC as the underdog.
WE GOT THIS!

Frustrating last few games... and lot of very questionable decisions from Yost last night. The Nix/double switch/Herrera stuff was very, very questionable last night. Indefensible, really.
But... the good news is that the Royals have the advantage in the next two games as far as starting pitching goes and won those matchups the first time around. Bumgarner is a beast, and REALLY locked in right now, but he can't have more than a few innings left at this point. Jump on Hudson early in Game 7, and Bumgarner can't make that big a difference.

Game 4, the Giants just got to the middle relievers. And the entire series, they have just been battling through at-bats. I don't know how many hits they (and especially Pence) have on one-handed, two-strikes swings in this series, but I bet it's pretty close to half of them. That's beating the Royals at their own game. Can't get mad, just have to get credit.
