Bob Sutton should resign...he's wasting his time

Age 65...wasting what's left of his life watching countless hours of game film and concocting usually masterful game plans every week that work despite damning hits to the roster via injury....only to have his time and energy wasted on gameday by an inept and oft incompetent offense.

Why keep going? Why spend another second of his time crafting a defense good enough to win a Super Bowl and be burdened by an offense that always implodes at the worst possible moment?

Sutton should walk in to Reid's office...."Andy, I'm done. Thanks for the opportunity. It's been great. The guys...love em to death. But I'm done."

Kudos to Tomlin for having the balls to throw twice on a run out the clock situation. Even on the last play, it looked to me like Houston was shadowing Bell to prevent a dumpoff. That's what happens when you try to stop an elite running game with 2 peewee linebackers. We were more aggressive with the blitz early but Bell was picking us apart.

Are you for real ? Seriously ? Oh Boo Hoo, I have no reason to live because my craft, my lifes work, everything I live for is being waisted. Because that's why I have been a coach all my life....for the ultimate glory of wining a SuperBowl.
Get ****ing real. The guy works for a living, makes some of the top money paid in his profession, and apparently likes his job or else he wouldn't be there.
It's his ****ing job. Not a Life Quest for the betterment of football, humanity and all things good and wonderful.

"The Killer B's" 0 TD's, 1 turnover.

I would venture to say that there has never been a game where all 3 of those guys played and didn't score a TD until last night

Defense gives up 18 to one of the top offenses in football. People call for defensive coordinator to be fired.

Do some of you watch the games?

With 5 of our original starters out with injury and with several guys playing who we literally signed off the scrap pile mid season.

That's all. I've no doubt Sutton loves coaching.

Houston was shadowing Leveon Bell for the run or a dumpoff. Because Zombo can't do it nearly as well as Houston can. When we're playing with two shitty ILBs, your best OLB has to help them do their job. Let's not forget that if DJ was healthy, that play would have looked a lot different. All game, actually.

We have to stop acting like this was an obvious downfield passing situation. It was 3rd and 3. Antonio Brown wasn't our biggest worry on that play. Leveon Bell was. Have to give credit to Tomlin for 2 ballsy calls to throw the ball in a run out the clock situation.

This.

And mother**** these whiny-assed bitches who believe the defense and special teams have an obligation to put points on the board in an effort to help out that sorry-assed offense too!
No D-Coord calls a perfect game and when you're missing your pro bowl ILB while trying to put the brakes on one of the better running games in the league, it's a ****ing miracle that they managed to keep them from scoring a single ****ing TD.

Sutton DID his ****ing job.

The fat piece of shit with the clipboard and his hand-picked "franchise QB" are the guilty party that barely know their dick from a stick. What a ****ing embarrassment that offense is.

We have known this all season.

We have just adapted to expect the defense to make big plays.

Not good enough.

Until we're the 85 Bears on defense it's impossible for the offense to be at fault.

No, there were some that were questioning the sustainability of that very thing, and they were summarily discounted. I'm really tempted to bump the thread.
