We've got 55 places in the tournament now, and I'll randomly mix them up. Keeping in mind the home itself, the specific location, and the city/state, pick the place that you prefer.

You get to hypothetically live in one of these houses for free (and cost-neutral for you in terms of maintenance, utilities, etc.), and you get to keep your current job with no commuting impact. Thanks for explaining. That's an interesting discussion. I like the idea of Gulf Shores Alabama just because of the idea of being so close to the gulf. But the idea of living in a multi dwelling building, even if it is the penthouse is just not for me. I like living in the country. The lake view at the Washington location is very appealing, but I don't like the idea of living that far north. I hate the cold, and I would imagine that I would experience more winter weather there than I would like. Idaho is out for that reason. And New York is out just because I don't want to be anywhere near the east coast. Mississippi is probably my choice. 275 acres?! Yeah! That's my kinda place. And a couple hours drive from Gulfport if we want to go to the gulf on the weekend. Add in the wooded surroundings and the lake overlook. Yep. That's my choice.

Gonna go against the grain here and choose upstate NY. That house reminds me the settings where I grew up and 27 1/2 acres of land seals the deal. That Washington house does kick some major ass however. If I didn't have NE blood in me it would be an easy Washington sale.

Only 2 that were even in the running; ID and WA.

Acreage and SQ footage gives the nod to ID. The WA house is beautiful but the ID house isn't far behind it and the lot/space is preferable.

Damn that is a nice spread. Note to self: consider retiring to Idaho.

I loved WA, but looking at it some more I would change my vote to Idaho if I could. That area of Idaho and Montana are just incredible.

I had Washington 1 and Idaho 2, so not surprised. I could not pass up that view however.
