He's probably the best ever example of the difference that coaching can make. He was small and slow until Dick Vermeil showed up with his special teams coach...can't remember the name. Then all of a sudden he was a great return man.

I voted for Joe Horn for his post-Chiefs career.* If I were basing it on only what they did for the Chiefs, I would have picked Carlos Carson. Brandon Carr was a consideration.
* I didn't even give him credit for driving Willie Roaf our way or he would have been a runaway selection.
