Eli qets the ball out of his hands quickly...The mismatch of a horrendous offensive line, (the worst in the NFL) collapses around a non-scrambling aging QB - There is not much he could do.

Eli is 36-years old. According to the media, the Giants are looking closely at Sam Darnold, top QB prospects in this year's draft.

Fans are hoping the Giants lose the last seven games of the season.

Eli is about in the middle iirc. Not his fault when he has to hang on too long--receivers.

Giants need a completely new identity on Offense.

@BryanBusby

During the Rams game this statement from Eli was shocking:

Quote:
A: You know, tried to take a shot down the field just to try to put it kind of a line drive throw, put it in there. You know, we’ve got to keep working on it. Sometimes we’re getting some of these throws for the first time in games, so we just got to find a way to hit them in the live situations.
Mara needs to clean house from top to bottom and start over fresh. Eli has a no-trade clause so I expect him to be around next season.

I hope next year's NFL quarterback class is one of the best.

The Giants need to get back to their identity of owning the line of scrimmage. They have always played strong defense when they have been at their best and have always had a good offense.

The following Giants have not quit on the team - the rest of the players can GTFO:

Eli Manning - never quits.
Oleans Darkwa,
Brett Jones
Evan Engram
Sterling Shepard

John Fox challenging "the play" has to be the stupidest coaching move of the day. I bet they are pissed in Chicago today.

http://www.chicagotribune.com/sports/football/bears/

"As coaching decisions go, John Fox's replay challenge Sunday against the Packers will be talked about long after his tenure is finished, whenever that might be.

Bears fans will never forget that 23-16 defeat on a rainy Sunday at Soldier Field when Fox won a challenge that lost the ball for his team. The details of the backfire are vexing on multiple levels and, ultimately, helped victory escape the Bears on a day they had to have it to sustain meaning in their season."

An absolutely atrocious weekend of NFL football.

Horrible games, terrible teams, mediocre QB play.
