I was young, didn't think the lawyer stuff, but at 3 AM and all the noise we made, I didn't think that hurting someone was going to happen. I was worried about a disabled car...There were lot's of things I did in my youth that would be frowned upon now and I was one of the responsible kids...Even when i was thinking with the wrong brain, I kept a good lawyer on retainer. We cruised the garages and had the entry blocked, still it could have become a major liability and would not suggest my grandkids to do when the time comes.
By the time that happens climbing a tree will be illegal. I'd guess it ready is in some places.
