Computers What is wrong with my chrome

My videos will play audio but not video. Chrome looks like the picture attached on every webpage. Really weird

incognito works fine though

Incognito mode disables any browser extensions, cookies, cache, etc. If it only works in Incognito, I'd check what extensions you have loaded. Clear your cache, cookies, and site data. Also make sure your browser is up to date.
