The Usual Preseason "Is San Diego Better Than We Think?" Post

Just saw an interesting stat that said that San Diego led seven games last year going into the final three minutes. I suspect that most will agree that they have improved their talent base this year, but what will the outcome be? Another cellar-dweller year, a streak upward to mediocrity, or a New Orleans-style playoff surprise?

My money's on another cellar-dweller year, but maybe I'm just saying that out of habit.
