The Melt off continues

[Over-Head]

Stress has but one good use I see, jumped on teh scales this morning, 198lbs.
First time since I left to go long haul trucking in 89' I've been below 200.
My heaviest was about 265 the year I became a dispatcher and sat on my ass all day.
Anyway, not really doing anything diffefrent, just eating healthy and a bit smaller portions, not to mention working my self to death

Any way I'm happy
