Refrigerator Question

Hey guys and gals.

For the past week or so, our water volume has been lower on the dispenser of our Maytag Performa Refrigerator. My first instinct was to change the filter. Went and bought a filter, installed it, and still low flow. I pulled the fridge away from the wall and verified that at least from the wall to the filter, there's no sediment/blockage. I took a look at the area connected to the two solenoids in the back but was afraid to start pulling tubes out of places. Since I don't have Haley's finger to reach into the tube, what should I do?
