Nice bra. The tradition of keeping RWD in the Mustangs should go. To see the Mustang body on a Taurus platform and drivetrain, since the Taurus is DC, makes sense. Someone has to keep Tremec in business.

Front wheel drive is much more efficient, responsive, and safe than RWD, as experienced in the last few days.

here is a better spy shot, 2008 Corvette "Blue Devil"

It is going into production in 08, 427 supercharged, 650 hp, and should top the scale at around 3000 lbs.

It will have a different hood for more clearance of the blower and should have more details to distinguish from a regular ZO6.

Here is another pic with a bigger hood, it looks like a shaker style. I don't think it will end up being that type of hood.

Also not sure if it is going to be the 427 that is getting supercharged, it might be just a 383, but nonetheless they claim 650 hp which will eclispe the new 08 vipers claimed 600 hp and the vette will still weigh less and handle better.

Anything over 500 hp on street tires and you really don't see a huge improvement, unless you are going down the track but you still have to hook up.

I have a friend with a supercharged viper and he can barely keep it on the streets, squirely as hell. (around 700 hp)

I would rather stay at 500hp and spend money on suspension and tires.
