Dremel tool for concrete work?
anyone know a good dremel tool bit that can be used for "sanding" and smoothing concrete?

so far every bit i've tried just dissolves

not drilling concrete sanding it

pretty smooth ... i trying to repair one of those little concrete yard decorations.

i can finish smoothing it with very rough sand paper.

Thats a good question.

I've ruined A LOT of dremel bits over the years, but its sure been one of my best dollar for use investments. I paid for it 10x etching glass and mirrors years ago.

I'll look through my box and see what the harder bits are....most of the sandstone grinders are going to fall apart.

I have a # 562 cutting bit that I use to trim and smooth tile edges.

There is a packet of those with different edges you can buy, I got my last batch I think at Lowes for not very much. Local hardware stores are good places to sift through the "bargain bins" and often have dremel bits on the cheap.
