How good is the Steelers' management?
The Steelers are good just about every year and seem to draft incredibly well regardless of where they pick. They hire great coaches, even when their selections are questioned by many (see: Tomlin). Honestly, it just doesn't seem fair. They could close their eyes and point to two linebackers from a list of potential draft picks and nab at least one Pro-Bowler, while signing another as an UFA. Need a RB or QB? Not a problem.

Yea but see the people they hire aren't stubborn dumbasses.

Mike Tomlins background was 4-3 cover 2, I don't see him making the Steelers play that.

Most coaches/GM's are stubborn and want the teams to run their schemes....he's one of the very few I can remember that didn't make the team change to his specialty when taking over.

True, but most GM's/coaches would have to be beyond stupid to try to run a new scheme with that team
