doesnt have much to do with playing in the NFL... unless he was catching passes from Peyton Manning in the Alley while shooting at this muslim....

There is a reason why no NFL team took a chance on him this year.

Long story short (reading between the lines), Marvin has a dispute with a drug dealer in his neighborhood. Marvin shoots the guy and a few bystanders. Marvin's story about the gun is incriminating as hell, but the DA doesn't want to take the case because all of the witnesses are lower scumbags than Marvin and Marvin can afford good attorneys. The drug dealer survives the Marvin shooting, but keeps antagonizing Marvin and the dealer gets shot in a second shooting nearby. Marvin's bar has a surveilance tape that would get images of the shooter, but miraculously the 3 minute section when the shooting occurred is missing.

A bystander who was allegedly shot by Marvin in the first shooting is in jail for a small drug charge and he still has a bullet in him that he alleges is from Marvin's gun. He has a civil suit pending against Marvin.

Marvin may have shot someone, but I won't try and judge him "right or wrong" until the full story of WHY Marvin shot his weapon is released.

Some people just deserve to be shot... because they are real scumbags.
