Good stuff, no surprise. Coming away from Indy with a W is a good day. Too bad there were casualties.
Get well soon, injured Chiefs.

Chiefs beat the Colts, 28-24, in Indy a few years ago (2011). The season in which Indy sucked for Luck.
http://www.footballdb.com/games/boxs...gid=2011100908 Great job as always on the Ten Things. Look forward to it, win or lose. |

Great read George.
Colts are up there with the Donks & Faid in terms of dislike. Impressive win today by the defense. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Good to have you back, George. You are one of a kind! I'd like to say that Daniel Sorensen is a guy I wondered a couple of years ago why he was on the roster. I'm realizing now these guys know a lot more than I do about player progression. He is turning into someone I pay attention to every time he's on the field.
Mark my words, once Justin Houston comes back, Dee Ford is going to go bananas. Once teams have to use personnel to keep Houston at bay, Ford is going to go lights out. He's clearly been working very hard at improving his game and it is showing. I hate Indy. I hate the team, the coaches, the players, the owner, the fans, and most importantly the stadium. That whole city could sink hole itself to the bottom of the Earth and I'm convinced the world would be a better place. Hopefully Alex can come back sooner rather than later. Nick Foles has the most live arm we've seen in KC in a decade plus, and he's going to create some controversy for this team at the gunslinger position if he's given time to gel with these guys. We don't need another Gannon situation in the playoffs unless we're prepared to actually, ya know, get it right this time. I created a thread a couple of weeks ago and ended up deleting it and I wish I hadn't. It was titled "Is Jamaal Charles done in KC?" People have given me shit for it, but we're not carrying that salary next year. He's just not the same guy he was before this last injury and he's not healing up the way we all thought he would. It's sad, but I fear his time here is coming to an end. Not in the way he wants or deserves either. I thought he was going to leave after Jovan Belchered himself, but he stayed. I just want him to have the fairy tale ending and it's looking more and more like it's not going to happen. I genuinely hope he gets to have all the Escalades again at some point here, or somewhere else. Thanks for the write up my man. I enjoy it every week! |

Good read George. That second one on Alex was a head hunt. When you shove a players head into the turf with both hands thats wrong. Thats the only part of the body that was touched if i remember correctly. It was nice to win as always thanks again George.

I don't hate the Colts like many here do because of those playoff losses.
I lay blame at the feet of the Chiefs coaches for those.

As to your point on Charles, yeah, he won't fit into the budget next year unless he was to re-structure. I think he may just retire. Running backs gererally have a limited shelf life. That's why guys like Marcus Allen who play at a high level for a very long time are rare. Gore today for Indy is one of those guys who has played for a very long time, and this is probably his last year. Hopefully Charles is not done for the year, but we could sure use him next week.... |

We should treat next weeks Jax game like a bye week to help these guys heal up.
We only need to be at 50% to beat those turds

Seeing that last playoff loss in person had me squirming today.
...it was nice to see us in command the whole game...but damn players drop like flies on that turf in Indy. Colts fans can suck it, they treat opposing fans like shit. good to see you back brother, hope all is well. |
