Easterby was at the center of almost every controversy surrounding the Texans for years. It's amazing that it took them this long to slough off someone that was worse than useless. The public relations damage done to the team will take many years to repair. espn should immediately make a 30 for 30 about how awful this guy was for the franchise.

I'm also fascinated by any and all Patriot Way shenanigans that infect teams. I hate all of those ****ers unless they destroy division opponents, but I love to hear about the numerous ways they believe platitudes and discipline are all you need to be productive and successful. Their arrogance eventually gets the best of them, and the awesome part is usually these dickbags are completely caught off guard by getting canned even though the writing is pretty clearly on the wall.

Easterby takes the cake. I don't think we'll see another dickbag like him in the league for a looooong time. And the guy kept ****ing getting jobs, too! And promoted! That's the really ridiculous part.
