I just got blindsided folks. Manager and some HR lady pull me into a chat room and inform me they are letting me going due to company restructuring I didn't see this coming at all I'm devastated and don't know what the **** to do.

My company does this twice a year and they have done it every year in the 20 years I've been with them.

It ****ing sucks. Is anybody in that industry hiring right now? You might be able to leverage some of your experience if it's in the same field.
