DTV Sunday Ticket - Guide Issues
Just had a frustrating convo with a customer service rep and then a "supervisor." My question was, "when will DTV list Sunday's games so I can set my DVR?" I was told not until Sunday and maybe not until the games actually begin. This is stupid and poor management on their part. I will be driving on Sunday. I go to church every Sunday and like to set my DVR ... just in case it's worth watching the start of the game when I get home.
I do not understand why they can't already have the guide up??? It's not that we are going to steal something from them. If any of you would like to set your DVR ahead of time, you might want to call customer service 800.531.5000 and complain. The supervisor said I was the first to complain. I'm pretty sure I'm not the only one who has this issue. It might get their attention if several of us call and complain. Sorry, for my rant ... it's just so frustrating dealing with this company!!! |
