Correct me if I'm wrong (I'm not a follower of the Lions), but the Lions haven't really added anyone besides James Stewart, have they? Am I the only one that thinks Stewart may have been one of the worst FA pickups this offseason (for the money)? He wasn't at all spectacular running behind Jacksonville's OL.

Give Stewart a couple of weeks GMan and he will be an injured asset ala Dan (ouch my poor back) Williams.....

As soon as Charlie Batch goes down, the Lions playoff hopes will go with him. Same with Stewart.

I don't know, guys. I think Pompass just wants to be noticed by picking the Kitties. When their starters played the 1st period last week (I know, its only preseason), they couldn't do a thing against the Raiders. The yardage some something like 100-2 Raiders. Granted, their starting QB is injured. But then their 2nd string guy got his leg broke. Herman Moore didn't do anything until our 2nd and 3rd string defense was in the game. A superbowl quality team should be able to move the ball on the new, inexperienced Raider D like the Rams 1st stringers did. This is one strange pick to win the Dance.
