CHIEFS HOST OWNERS' MEETING IN KC

The Kansas City Chiefs will play host to the 32 NFL owners in the fall adjourned session of the 2005 NFL Annual Meeting this week. It will be held Wednesday through Thursday at the Westin Crown Center Hotel in downtown Kansas City.

The league meeting will begin at 1 PM on Wednesday but various committee meetings are on tap earlier that day. There will be a report and a discussion on the ongoing negotiations with the Players Association regarding the extension of the Collective Bargaining Agreement. The meeting will conclude no later than 4 PM on Thursday afternoon.

The Chiefs and Sprint will host a cocktail reception on Wednesday evening.

Don't worry about it.........they can get their money back late next week when Chokeland comes to town.
