Which just goes to show what I already knew, there is severe shortage of good QB's in the league.

Cassel is playing well. Still not a top ten QB. I don't see him ever being a top ten QB. I do think he is playing in the top half of the league right now... and that is great progress.

He has shown great growth each and every week. He does what he is asked to do. He manages the game well and he doesn't make big mistakes.

With his apprehension of making mistakes, he also doesn't take a ton of chances. If he took more chances, I think the opinion of him would go up... but I think Weis and Haley are content with the way they are playing...because they are winning.

Quite so. His best rushing outing so far this year banked a whopping 60 yards (against the Jags). Other than that, he's gotten 48 once and barely broken 50 twice. He had a 2.1 average on 24 carries in the Seahawk game.

Mr. Ugly Duck is apparently seeing the glass half full and ordering another round anyhow.

Moreno sucks man. Holding him to 53 yards isn't worth bragging about. Do you think you're going to hold Charles or TJones to that? I don't think so.

Haven't checked the box scores but I would think that after the first 10 minutes of the game when Oakland already had a strangle hold on Denver there weren't a lot of rushing attempts.

They might hold Jamar Charles to 53 yards if he doesn't get more carries!
