Pretty much he used the name Fausto Carmona and lied about his age. He went to renew his visa in the DR and was arrested for using false Identity. His real name is Roberto Hernandez and actually is 31. 3 years older then what he told the Cleveland Indians.

i've said that for years, seclark. he was supposed to be a sophomore in high school and looked like a 25 year old man with an almost full beard.
