Team made big strides this year and now knows it can play with the big boys in the playoffs. Some fine tuning and we can go all the way.

Assume we find a way to keep: Berry, Smith, Abdullah, DJ, Zombo, Fleming and Branch.

We cut or let go: Howard, DeVito, Hali, Allen, Chase, Branch, Stephenson and Moses.

Don't have any FA pickups for now but assume a couple of lower tier guys.

Draft:
1- Carl Nassib (DE) - I think an upgrade over Howard
2- Sterling Sheppard (WR) - huge upgrade over Wilson and instant inpact.
3- Joe Haeg (OT) - starter at ROT
4- Rees Odhiambo (OG) - fills in at the guard spot to start but starter in yr 2.
5. Blake Martinez (ILB) - Like this guys motor and has a nose for the ball
5. LeShaun Sims (cb) - decent height and fast just like Dorsey like them.
6. Tre Madden (RB) - roster depth
