Assuming Hackett is really as dumb as he appears so far, this is going to be low scoring and sloppy, as most TNF games usually are.

Let's be clear: If Hackett tries to use the offensive gameplan that he's apparently been using through the first 3 weeks, that plays perfectly into the Cover-3 scheme IND uses to a T. Which would make him a dumbass of epic proportions. PA should be the play of the day, and would allow Wilson to do what he actually does best, which is throw dimes over the singled up DBs on the outside.

But as I've already bet the under, I'm hoping Hackett is as big a dipshit as I've been told. I'd pick IND to win, something like 24-9, with the Colts defense scoring a pair of TDs on turnovers.
