Border War?

Isn't this Border War week?

Where's all the discussion and trash talk?

This still is an important game?

I'm gonna guess more than KU. Oh wait. You're probably going to pull the basketball card out in a football thread, aren't you?

Yes, Kansas; cultural center of the universe.

Dear Mr. Pinkel,
You're welcome.
Sincerely,
Mark Mangino

I liked MU's helmets. The stripes on the pants and the yellow stripe on the sleeve was not quite as ghey as our retro Jayhawk helmets with blue pants and red stripes. What the hell happened to our 2007 unis? The Orange bowl had crimson jersey, KU hemets, and grey pants/blue stripes. They looked good.

Is this a new thing? Who can out ghey each other with the unis? A borderline fashion war? FK'n trrble.

You guys are mad because I won't congratulate Missouri on beating the worst team in the Big 12 this year w/ an embattled coach? Yeah, nice win. Nice game. I'm just saying I was completely appalled at the Missouri fans I was sitting by, and they didn't even all come together. I was sitting w/ a Texas fan and he couldn't believe it.

I thought it was funny how the last play of Sod Reesing's collegiate career was a safety. He must have nightmares of getting sacked in the endzones of Arrowhead.

God you are a ****. Go root for the ****ing Broncos - that way you'll have no ties whatsoever to Missouri, and obviously we'll all be happier.

My group had a very different experience than BWillies did. We sat next to two groups of Beakers. With three very exuberant and vocal Beaker fans. We talked trash back and forth all game... but it was always pretty good-natured. Hell, we took a pic with two of them after exchanging "good games" and high fives.

BWillie's a dick... and his team lost. I'm pretty sure whatever bad treatment he got... he earned.

Really? I was in the heart of the Mizzou section and other than middle aged and older guys bitching like crazy when Mizzou was down early, they were all pretty normal people rooting for their favorite team. How stupid are you?

Did he speak English?

I mean, other than "grout, si", "tile, si", "Home Depot, si"?

I'm just sharing my experiences. I'm sure all Missouri fans aren't like that. But I see this crap from Missouri fans far more than from KU fans. There are always bad apples in each, but how am I stupid for sharing bad experiences w/ MU fans?

It was like a fashion bowl, with designers fighting to see who could out-ugly the other team's uniform.
