OK. I can live with this... Gregg is still a solid player. Obviously there was something about Franklin that the Chiefs didn't like, attitude, laziness, something to that nature. A rotation of Powe and Gregg could be pretty decent.

Im giving up on the Mcclain thing he wants 10 to 13 carries a game.With jones and charles i dont see him getting that.

Yeah. Im beginning to think that there really is something wrong with him. I understand there being no real rumors of him coming to the chiefs because of how secretive our FO is, but I would think there would be at least some rumors about him and other teams.

I heard last night we tried to trade for nick barnet but packers wanted to much. I still think he is a target and if we can add him and McClain, breaston, and Gregg it's a pretty successful offseason. Now it won't be the sexy free agents that will get espn all excited, but might be good solid pieces that could be what we need to take the next step to be a consistently contending team.

Why would the chiefs try to trade for him when he got cut?
