Uh, Wilfork's not going anywhere. Although safety Brandon Meriweather can be had for a pick, since it's his last year in his contract and I think the Pats are unhappy with him.

The Pats have a lot of young guys and/or old guys. Even with 864 DL and LB in camp I'm not sure anyone they cut will be of interest, even to "Patriots West".

I doubt they will trade Wilfork. Their D-line would be Haynesworth and a bunch of scrubs.

I think it's more likely he makes a play for Ron Brace.

Free agent OLB Matt Roth has reportedly let teams know that he's available for a one-year, $3 million contract.
Roth, who like Bryant McKinnie is repped by Drew Rosenhaus, sent out an email informing all 32 NFL teams of his asking price. The Saints, Broncos, Cardinals, and Patriots at various points have been rumored to have interest. Roth is a good, young player, so it's unclear why he's struggled so much to find a team.
