According to FOX Sports' Jay Glazer, free agent MLB Paul Posluszny will sign with the Jaguars.Glazer only said this in response to a Twitter question, but he wouldn't have said it if it wasn't true. There isn't a more accurate reporter on the NFL. Adding fire to the smoke was a previous report from NFL Network that the Jaguars were indeed targeting Posluszny. I would say that would be total payroll and not the cap number. I read the other day they were sitting around $80 million in regards to the cap.

I heard that the Boys cut Barber and Leonard Davis.

Any more news on the cuts?

Patriots are cutting Banta-Cain. Giants are cutting O'Hara and Seubert. You probably already know the Ravens cuts.

Chargers re-sign OT Jeromey Clary (4 years, $20 million): F Grade
At this point, I'm convinced that Jeromey Clary has naked pictures of general manager A.J. Smith. There's no other explicable reason why the Chargers would give such a terrible right tackle this much money. The Chargers should have found an upgrade for Clary years ago; they've failed to do so, and instead basically lit $20 million on fire.
