Casinos don't need to cheat. Slots have a built in - and legal - profit margin. In other betting the casino gets their cut of the winnings. In Nevada this is all open and known beforehand, controlled by the Nevada Gaming Commission. And everyone gambling knows that, or should.

Over the last 30 years I've won more than I've lost in casinos. And I have gone to Vegas and Reno a lot.

I know to quit when I'm ahead. In 2012 I won $5400 on the Mega Bucks the first morning I was there, the first slot I played, within 10 minutes of sitting down. I put that money in the safe. I only gambled the rest of the trip with the money I had already planned on playing with. And I go with a set amount I'm willing to lose and stop when I've lost it. I have come out ahead or even more times than I have lost.
