What is the most unexplainable or weirdest thing that has ever happened to you or that you've seen with your own two eyes? This is a spin off the Insane Assylum thread. Just curious about your experience with things of this or other nature....

Im not one to believe in the supernatural, my parents were both hardcore athiests and the only church i went to was forced(school).

but that damn sure happened to me.

I went out in the yard one pitch black night to take a leak. As I was relieving myself I hear a mechanical sound coming towards me at treetop level. It was not the sound of a motor. More like a creaky old windmill or a hinge that needs a dab of grease or shot of 3&1 oil flapping in a steady wind. It doesn't scare me oddly. But as it passes overhead a goose honks & the mechanical sound trails off into the night...

So is the unexplainable part why someone would build a robot goose? Or why you don't have indoor plumbing in 21st century America?

well, we'd be ignorant not to acknowledge that there are lots of things in the world that we dont know about...

i'm not too into ghosts and such either, but i've seen enough weird stuff to believe that weird stuff goes on occasionally

I did the same thing in HS. I slept downstairs, and the bathroom was upstairs.....saved myself the effort and steps, plus I didn't disturb the rest of the fam.
