Greetings Chiefs fans. I'm a Patriots fan and reading your responses. You're all insane. Mike Vrabel is a hell of a player. He was in the Pro Bowl just a year ago and was injured this past year. Pats fans all over are wondering why Belichick would ever get rid of a very productive starter at a time when the Pats are gearing up for a championship run. Then we see Vrabel gets traded, we look on your site, and see you, Chiefs fans, fans of a team that featured Herm Edwards cheering on Brodie Croyle for the last few years, freaking out that you might have paid more than a 6th round pick for Mike Vrabel, a guy who was a leader on three Super Bowl teams and had 12 and a half sacks just a season ago. Are you all nuts? I have no idea what kind of pick we get back from you idiots, but you all need a reality check.

Is there a Photography forum you can lead me to?

I want to go over there and act like I know something about photography, even though I don't, and see how long it takes for the people there to call me an idiot.

Then, I'm going to keep saying the same stupid, unrealistic, fictional over and over and see if I can piss off the people that DO know their shit.

Then, I'll whine and cry about being piled-on, making myself look like an even bigger ass.

Then, I'll team up with two guys named Paz and Cootie and follow the guys that do know their shit around, telling them that they are elitists for knowing more than I do.

Sound like a plan?
The wheels really fell off of this parade at the bolded part. Pissing them off? Yes, that seems to have happened. The knowing their shit part? Not quite sure if that rings true.

It really gets worse as it goes on...there is only one person whining and crying about anything right now.

If you don't shape up your club card will be revoked.

take......a....deeeeeep....breath..............

speculation in New England is that this is part of a much larger deal. rumor is
Chiefs send 1st (3) and 3rd (67) to NE for Patriots 1st (23) and Cassel with possibly other picks traded to even up the value.

IF it has been determined that Stafford is NOT John Elway the Chiefs get Cassel and have picks #23 and #35, and a leader in the 3-4 in Vrabel.
Patriots i would think, would try to draft Curry and go along with Mayo.

all in all, i would rather be New England in this scenario.

What can I say guys, I never said Pioli was as good as Belichick

Good post and welcome. I am glad we have Vrabel as long as the price is right because we need veteran leadership in the worst way.

The ironic part about this is the main people pissed about this are the same guys who routinely call everyone else idiots.

We have argued that you build the core of a team through the draft. The sheer mathematics and average life expectancy of an NFL player don't support having 53 guys on a team from the draft.

With that being said, 2/3-3/4 of your starters should come from the draft. You should use FA to augment the holes and find backups or cheap replacements. You shouldn't be trading draft picks for players, especially 34 year old players, currently injured, with declining prodution, who will be at the glue factory in two years.
Can you please explain what i've bolded?
