I'm wanting to try New Belgiums "Hoptober" ... haven't seen it in stores yet, only on their website.

Ah, Bell's Two Hearted Ale. My favorite beer.

California doesn't get Two Hearted Ale. I've got a guy in CA that wants some. I'm sending him some Two Hearted and a bottle of Boulevard Saison-Brett and he's sending me some Ballast Point Sculpin IPA and some Russian River PLINY THE ELDER. **** yeah.

That's the base beer for their Saison-Brett. Tank 7 is a fantastic Saison. it in not available in stores, as it its draft only.

Fuzzy Navels - frozen

Into blender -
Bacardi frozen Fuzzy Navel mix
Fill rest with ice
1/2 can of Bacardi Rum
1/2 can of Malibu Rum
1 - 2 oz shot glass of Triple Sec
1/4 can of half and half

Blend and serve!

Dang...i absolutely loved it! So are the smokestack series bottles for sale, is there anything close to tank 7 bottled and in stores? I'll have to order it more often when i go out, i love how they have a limit on the glass hehe.

Try the Smokestack Series Saison. It will be available everywhere. Its the same style of beer as Tank 7 but not the exact same recipe. Boulevard are masters of the saison style.

Any Martini drinkers here?

I almost exclusively drink them. Typically have a traditional with 3 olives. Picked up a jar of jalapeno stuffed olives and threw one in it tonight. Talk about a curve ball.
