Qualification criteria is anyone who joined after January 1st 2009 to present day.

You can campaign, resign your commission, threaten the Academy voters etc.....Just don't forget to vote and campaign. Whether you choose to publically declare your candidate or not is up to you. I will make a list in this orginal post of the most popular N00bs mentioned in this thread.
When the nominations are closed I'll post a poll and the Planet will have a new King of the Noobs!

Guys, you post in a forum that has a bunch of old-timers with huge egos and strong opinions, and those old-timers have to be slapped around every now and then by noobs who have new ideas and the guts to tell it like it is.

2. You don't know what any of us do or "know"... Perhaps we do comprehend the state our country is in, but are also wise enough to realize fighting with Lefties or Righties on a football message board is a waste of keyboard time. Most in there don't care about much else than making the other side look bad.
