Figured creating a new thread for the upcoming league 1 season would probably help consolidate discussion.

I wanted to go with a RB, but as bad as this team is a 4-5 year player won't be around long enough to see us be competitive.....add in the fact that I had Saffold starting at LT and it was a no-brainer.

I know it isn't ideal for the Knuckledraggers, but they really should be going with Barron here. If not him, than Gilmore or Blackmon. All of those positions could use the upgrade.

Player-wise, about the only thing I'd take for this spot is a WR, DT or DE. MAYBE a LB.

Guy blows the hell out of a RB or two and suddenly people start ignoring the fact that he has the coverage skills of Bernard Pollard.

Don't get me wrong...he's on my board (afterall, I have Bernard Pollard), but I still don't understand the Barron love.

Yeah, I wouldn't put him the Elite class by any means, but I feel it's safe to say he's a top 10 SS, no?

I thought about that route, but with Melton, Wilkerson, Vickerson and Dockett, I don't think DT is my biggest hole.
