What did you have for dinner?

I thought I would redo an old classic. What are you having or did you have for dinner?

Yum.

Which do you mean? You see where I live alot of the farmers and ranchers call Dinner the noontime meal and Supper the evening meal.
If you mean for supper I'm going to have some Teriyaki-sp Chicken.

Last night:

Ling (AKA Cobia) (caught Sunday, 70 miles out of Galveston), direct grilled with garlic pepper and olive oil, topped on the plate with a light, TRUE, Alfredo Sauce (heavy cream, grated GOOD parmesan reggiano cheese, and a touch of white wine, since it is seafood)

Green beans sauteed with butter, onions, and bacon.

Roasted, seasoned, new potatoes.

Bread Pudding for dessert.

Tasty...

Haven't really planned tonight's meal yet.

Last night:
Grilled pork loin sandwiches with pepperjack, steamed broccoli, and an experimental homemade pasta salad that turned out amazing.

Tonight: Most likely BLTs on toasted white bread, with bacon, lettuce, tomatoes from the neighbor's garden, and Miracle Whip.

Your neighbor grows bacon in his garden? Sweet!
