Not perfect but Yeah same here. Didn't get back to Championship round before it started.

The fact you can't pick a game that hasn't happened yet is stupid and short sighted software design.

uh, its not a software flaw, it is a design, you pick all the games BEFORE they happen... if you had the chance to go in and change them now, it wouldnt be fair to those who selected all the picks before tourney time.

Ok so tell me how having the final TWO in place effects what I pick as the champ and score tiebreaker.

What if it was Florida and North Carolina, but Joakim Noah gets injured before the game?

Ok so why do FF leagues allow decisions on players etc up 15 minutes before game starts.

My bad. I assume you were referring to this, it was kinda hard to understand what you meant.

Anyway, I imagine other reasons would be it just wouldn't be as much fun. The average person who goes into a pool doesn't watch a TON of basketball outside of their own team, except during the tournament.

Having to fill it out all the way through would show how much you really know about the teams, without having watched them in their first round game, or having read the results.

Also, it'd be a huge hassle.

no this method is just easy to implement. all or none. servers would be flooded in the last hour before game...just like FF is now

My picks so far, have been perfect, but a fair amount of my teams have played imperfectly.

Or what if you were going to pick Ohio State to win it all, didnt put it in before the games started, and then they lose in the first round? Then you'd pick someone else and have an unfair advantage.

Bill Sachs is listed in the top 10 for all of Yahoo! There are no Planeteers that have picked all of the games correctly....as if that should come as a surprise.

Another example: Would you have been more or less likely to pick the Wisco upset after seeing their first game? If a team nearly gets upset by a 15 seed, obviously they're not playing well and that would affect your pick.

I've probably lost too many games to win our contest. However, the teams that disappointed me are teams I picked to lose in the next round. I'm glad I changed my mind about Texas beating North Carolina.
