The Great QB Prospects Thread
I know it may be hard for you to imagine, but Brodie Croyle may not be the answer.
So for this thread, you need to assume the Chiefs are looking for a QB. I think if Woodson or Ryan fall to us, you have to pull the trigger. But at this point, it's highly unlikely we're going to have a worse record than QB-starved teams like the Falcons or the Panthers or the Jets. So exempting Woodson or Ryan, who would you take, assuming we've got a pick around #10-12? Who wouldn't you take? Please share why, as all of us aren't familiar with everybody. Potential First Round QBs Woodson (Kentucky) Ryan (Boston College) Brohm (Louisville) Potential Second Round QBs Chad Henne (Michigan) Eric Ainge (Tennessee) Dennis Dixon (Oregon) Potential Third Round QBs John Johnson (San Diego) Colton Brennan (Hawaii) John David Booty (USC) |

Can someone tell me why Woodson is the top prospect (depending on who you ask)? I only saw one game, the one vs Louisville and I wasn't blown away. He played well after settling down but I feel like I'm missing something.

I would put them in this order.
Brohm Ryan Ainge Woodson(Loooooooong Delivery) I dont see anyone else as a starter in the NFL. A darkhorse is the 6'6" kid from Deleware though. |

Size? Check. Arm? Check. Decent mobility? Check. And he carries a very high completion percentage. Not saying I'm a fan of his. But I'm pretty sure those are some of the reasons. |

Ainge is the guy who's hype I don't understand. He's awful. I don't know why he gets put in a class with the better prospects. He's a second tier guy basically because of tools. |
