I find it had to believe this information. Raiders have been on a large spending spree and thier payroll is only $94M?

I believe most of the deals are backloaded. Not sure if this was before or after they signed DeAngelo Hall but I remember hearing all of their signings were only counting a combined $2 million (approximately) against the cap this year.

By next year assuming we didn't designate any of them as post-June 1st cuts which I see no reason why we would.
