HELP! I need a new internet provider.
I tired of my current internet providers customer service and they must be replaced.

Do you like/hate yours? Who are they? What bundles do they offer?

P.S. I also need cable/satellite service.

While I do agree, their digital TV service is sufficient (for me at least), their internet is fast, customer service isn't bad.....it's just their pricing that sucks (at least here). They know that they are the only game in town and they treat their customers like it.

Also, I've only had 1....maybe 2 outages that lasted more than 10 minutes in probably 10 years of using them.

That may be the way to go. Unless there is something better in OP KS.

Mine sucks, Rainbow Communications. I was pissed last night because the digital broadcast of the Dolts/Donks game kept losing it's signal constantly. So I call to complain and I get an answering service that will only take my name and number for a call today. I chewed them a new one this morning when they called. I asked why am I paying more in a package for digital programming when it doesn't work. I got a $10 credit on my next bill, so my bitching did something.

I'm seriously thinking of switching services to maybe satellite but I can't get the local stations in the package because of my location.

One day I'd love to have my cake and eat it too!!!

I'm sure it is cheaper. But dealing with their "customer service" makes it so that I don't feel one ounce of guilt about paying more for - in my opinion - better service anyway.

My parents have ATT DSL through Dish Network's packages...

It kicks my ass...runs great and never goes offline

At my pad i'm forced to have TWC Cable internet and it's been great but has it's moments where it goes offline.

I've only run into one area where you can't get locals from Directv. It is over around Pittsburg, Kansas. Are you in one of those areas?
