A Rams Fan opinion on the draft.

1. The Rams signed Feeley to either be a bridge QB or be a 2nd string QB. Spagnuolo and Devaney may like Null.

2. Spagnuolo is a defensive minded Head Coach. He wants his players.

3. Spagnulo is cleaning up the mess Linehan left.

If the Rams trade Carriker, it will be because he doesn't fit Spagnuolo's system, it will not effect the draft.

Okay, I will. The draft for the Chiefs will be based upon if they address the proper needs. They need to get a QB, whether it's Clausen or not, the QB position needs to be addressed. I do not find any Mizzou player helping out the Chiefs.

You seriously don't think Weatherspoon could help the Chiefs? I'm not saying we take him @5 but he would help us if we did find a way to land him, which wont happen.

He would help the Chiefs but when I was saying Mizzou players, I was talking about the likes of Alexander. No, not really. I think we are going to take a Center in the mid-rounds. But I already expected that. Wiegmann is 37!

Haley and Pioli will turn the Chiefs around but Matt Cassel will not be the QB that turns the Chiefs around.

I agree KC needs to address the qb position but after signing MC to a contract with a lot of guaranteed money, I would be very surprised if they spent as high of a pick (and the nature of how large the contract will be) as it will take to get Clausen on that position (although that doesnt mean that is what I feel they should do, as my sig can show you).

If St Louis passes on a QB (and IMHO not the one from the spread) for anyone except for Suh, it will be a complete waste of a draft. I wouldnt care what happened after that unless the stars align for them and every other team gets reeruned and players fall left and right for them.

Suh will surely lead the team who drafts him into a run of great defenses.

The bold part defines what the Rams have done mostly through out the decade. The only way I can see them not getting Suh, McCoy, Bradford or Clausen is if they trade back far enough to get C.J. Spiller, who the Rams have high on their draft board. The Chiefs seems like they are turning the corner and Pioli is making KC New England West.
