At the start of the season, I believe the majority here was thinking 6-8 wins. We are 10-6 AND in the playoffs. I know we have rival fans being rival fans and saying we are one and done yet again. You know what? I'm okay with that. Of course I hope for a win tomorrow, and I actually think we will do better than a lot of people are saying we will. I'm just saying that, even if we do lose, this year has already been a huge success. Anything beyond 8 wins, to me, is gravy. I am really looking forward to next year.

I agree I was thinking "Jeff Fisher 8-8" but they got 10 and the divison plus Hailey cussed out that punk Daniels. Im not as anxiec as I have been for the playoffs, Im not nevous at all, if they win, and I hope they do, awesome!! If they lose no problem. the Ravens are a helluva team.

We've pretty much hashed this out, but with all due respect luv, that is BS. "Just happy to be at the dance" is no way to go through life (or in this case the season).

And that's your opinion. We have exceeded expectations. I'm not saying I don't want to go further. I'm simply saying that, if we don't, I feel we've had a great season. I'm enjoying the ride.

This is a BS idea...I could see it being a terrible way for a player to think, but what the hell difference does it make if we as fans are "just happy to be here"? Are you honestly saying this season is a failure if the Chiefs don't go from 4-12 to Super Bowl champs in one year?

This is basically what I was going to say.... the fans have the benefit of looking back on the season right now, and saying it was a success, there's a lot of progress, etc. If I had more control over the game than being 1/78000 screaming fans, of course I wouldn't be reminiscing, I'd be preparing to beat the Ravens.

If the Chiefs lose Sunday or next weekend or whatever, the basic thoughts in luv's OP is exactly what will be posted 1000 times, and she's exactly right. This season has already been a success, and calling it a failure if they lose tomorrow is ridiculous.
