This O-Line has had some communication breakdowns, but if defenses had any respect for the passing game, and they were blocking for a QB that could do more than make one read then shit, they'd look a hell of a lot better than they do with Cassel back there.

This is true BUT I think it also goes into coaching and possibly scheme. Our line didn't just look bad it looked horrendous today.

Oh, no question they struggled mightily, especially in the middle against Dareus and Williams, which is to be expected when you are finesse against power.

But it still remains that your QB and the respect that team's have for him, or lack, has a big influence in your line's success.

We agree here 100% I am just thinking if we are tossing Cassel, we should go ahead and toss the staff while we are at, they aren't pulling their weight either.
