Strange pics around site

So on my phone, I'm using opera browser, there's these random pictures everywhere around here. The three sub forums at top has a person walking across the CIA emblem. When I click on a thread it has Adrian Peterson at the top. Instead of an open envelope with a check mark on the threads I've posted in there's this guy who looks like Putin staring at me and at the bottom is Dolph Lundgren in one of the Universal Soldier movies I think. Has the site been taken over by communists?
