The most dangerous defender in the league when he's playing off-man coverage and his receiver and the quarterback are in the same line of vision. The next step for Peters will be to travel with No. 1 receivers. It may be a while before he does; the Chiefs are rock-solid at their other corner spot and can afford to stay static here.

Coming off an injury-riddled season, it's easy to forget that the Chiefs gave Houston a six-year, $101 million contract two years ago. He's worth it, especially when you consider that, even with 22 sacks in 2014, his best attribute is his strength as a play-side run defender.

Berry can play centerfield, high-hole safety, lower-hole safety, split-safety (for Cover 2 and Quarters coverage), dime linebacker and man-to-man against tight ends anywhere in the formation. That alone is commendable. Then add in his playmaking prowess.
