19-24 inch TV with DVD built in
I am kind of out of touch with these things and know we have some experts on here.
The Mrs. wants a small flat panel tv with built in dvd player for her sewing room.
I noticed they are all pretty cheap, but 60hz.

Is that no longer an issue? Not an issue on the smaller ones? Any suggestions?

60Hz isn't really much of an issue with smaller screens. I wouldn't worry about the refresh.
