Which Chiefs Super Bowl game was/is most important to you?

Which of our Super Bowls were you most emotionally invested in? I imagine most of you will say Super Bowl LIV given the 50 years of wait and suffering but I'm sure it won't be unanimous. For me it's this one, but I'm well aware I didn't have to go through the Cassel years and all the shit before it. I can't remember having wanted to win a game more than this. We are on the cusp of being the greatest team/dynasty in history.

So what meant/means most to you?

Mods: Dunno how to do a poll but would appreciate it if you could add one for Super Bowls IV, LIV, LV, LVII, LVIII and LIX.

This one would be special for the threepeat, but it'll always be 54 and that magical playoff run to put us back on top.

Super Bowl 54

My favorite Wildcard win was 2021 Steelers

My favorite divisional win was 2019 against the Texans (honorable mention for 2018 vs Indy)

My favorite AFCCG was 2019 against the Titans

My favorite Super Bowl was SB 54

Honestly in order to properly rank the others, I’d have to ignore the entire 2019 playoff run

Yeah, I barely remember SB 1. The only thing I remember about it was my dad yelling cuss words and smashing the TV tray that had a large bowl of popcorn and a Budweiser on it. Both went everywhere...

A side note. It's crazy listing all the Super Bowls and seeing that you've just typed 5 out of 6 consecutive Roman numeral entries.

As a young kid I watched the Chiefs beat the Vikings in the Super Bowl when the AFL vs NFL rivalry was a very real thing. It was awful to live through all the bad years, but at least I had that 1 Super Bowl win to remember.

Nothing will beat the first run.

I’ve always said my favorite game as a Chiefs fan was the 2019 AFC title game.

Pat hitting that deep bomb to Sammy and realizing that we were going to the Super Bowl is probably my favorite moment.

Somehow knowing we were going to the Super Bowl ended up exceeding winning it for me.

Easily

That game to me is still the most important game ever played at Arrowhead Stadium

My favorite in Arrowhead Stadium's history, as well. THAT was Arrowhead Stadium's finest hour.

A well played game with ZERO controversies.

I was so devastated by the Patriots loss the year before.

To be so close and not get it done and you never know if you’ll be back again.

To get back to that game and get over the hump was so special and left no doubt that the Mahomes Chiefs had serious staying power.

It's interesting. I was upset we didn't make it in '18, but what else did I know? I had only ever seen the Chiefs lose before the Super Bowl.

So after we didn't make it in 2021, it made 2022 so much more stressful. Because I knew the feeling and wanted it again.
