they did this exact same list 10 years ago and had a completely different order (hendrix was still #1). amazing how they can recycle the same stupid lists and get coverage for them. that said, i'm glad Paige is MUCH higher on this one than the last. Before I get the usual CP "he ripped off blues musicians on Zep I & II rhetoric (which i admit he did), keep in mind everything from III on was HIGHLY original, not to mention groundbreaking. especially Zoso-Graffeti.

Yeah Knopfler is very underrated guitarist, probably because Dire Straits' music didn't appeal to the masses all that much.
