Those terrible pitchers never seem to want to suck when they play us. Hopefully this terrible pitcher will live up to his billing and suck like he's supposed to.

double-headers are actually kinda rare. We usually play 1 a year, sometimes none, sometimes two. The fact that we already have 2 and will play a 3rd is freaky.

Can't fault Yost for bringing up Smith. He had a great spring and a great April on the farm. Indians can hit the ball well, and they we're hitting them in all the right places last night (including the general vicinity of Moustakas)

I have one Royals shirt bearing his name and number, and I had the good fortune of getting him to sign a ball in Surprise in March (see avatar). Hell, even my kids say "Mooooose...." when he's up to bat (on TV). Royals fans damn near gave him a standing O when he hit that double yesterday. We really want to see this guy be the player we know he can be.
